• Relax and Unwind Essential Oil Blend – 10ml: lavender and Roman chamomile with bergamot and clary sage, a floral, herbal choice for the transition from work to evening.
• Nikura Calm Essential Oil Blend 10ml: lavender, bergamot and ylang ylang with cedarwood, pairing flowers and citrus with a woody base for slow evenings at home.
• Meditation Essential Oil Blend – 10ml: frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver and myrrh, a woody, resinous option for yoga, journalling or a quiet pause.

Ways to enjoy your essential oils

• Scent your space: choose one blend for a compatible diffuser, following the oil and diffuser instructions. Enjoy its aroma while reading, journalling or practising gentle yoga. Use oils without a carrier oil in the Waterless Essential Oil Diffuser by Napiers; do not add carrier oils to this diffuser.
• Create a massage oil: where the blend’s label permits skin use, dilute your chosen essential oil blend in a carrier such as our Organic Sweet Almond Oil or Organic Jojoba Oil, following Nikura’s dilution guidance for that specific blend. Massage slowly into the body, noticing the botanical scent and the movement of your hands. Never apply essential oils undiluted; patch test the diluted mixture before wider use.

Carrier oils and diffusers are sold separately. Check each blend’s directions before choosing how to use it, as suitable uses and dilution requirements can differ.
