How to use this

Spray 10–20 sprays onto the skin — legs, arms, abdomen or wherever tension is held. Massage gently and allow to absorb for 20–30 minutes before rinsing if desired. Use daily for best results, ideally after a bath or shower when pores are open.

Some tingling on first application is normal and indicates absorption. Reduce the amount used if tingling is uncomfortable.
