Ways to enjoy your essential oils

• Diffuse before bedtime: choose one oil for a compatible diffuser while reading or preparing for bed. Follow the oil and device instructions. The Waterless Essential Oil Diffuser by Napiers uses essential oils without water or carrier oil; do not add carrier oils to it.
• Create a massage oil: where the oil’s label permits skin use, dilute your chosen oil in Organic Jojoba Oil or Organic Sweet Almond Oil, following Nikura’s dilution guidance for that specific oil. Take time over slow massage movements rather than rushing through your routine. Never apply essential oils undiluted; patch test the diluted mixture before wider use.

Create your Sleep Ritual

For a Sleep Ritual, begin with a warm bath using Dream Bath Soak: Primrose & Jasmine. Afterwards, brew Napiers Rosy Calm Loose Leaf Herbal Tea 100g in the Teapot for One.
